Micro-Coat

Micro-Coat by Seal Pro is a technologically advanced series of proprietary products that are specially formulated to produce a concrete surfacing system with many desirable characteristics. It may be used to color virtually any concrete or masonry surface including Interior Flooring, Exterior Stucco Finishes, Concrete Driveways, Concrete Pool Decks & Patios and Concrete Roof Tile. It may be used on horizontal and vertical surfaces and will not fade, peel, chip or oxidize like other stain and paint systems.

Micro-Coat is a versatile product that can be used for many different applications. It's most popular use is for surfacing interior concrete flooring with an overlayment which is chemically stained, sealed and waxed. It provides a beautiful, durable, maintenance free interior floor system that replaces conventional tile, carpet, vinyl & laminate systems.

Micro-Coat is a cementitious base coating that can also have the consistency and workability characteristics of latex paint. However, because Micro-Coat is a cement based product, it produces a more durable, waterproof surface than regular paint products commonly used in the industry.

The Micro-Coat surface treatment is applied in desired color using, brush, roller or spray equipment and allowed to dry completely. It is then sealed using Seal Pro WaterProofing Sealer to protect the surface from water intrusion, organic stains, oxidation, mold and mildew, harmful U.V. rays and other foreign matter. The Micro-Coat application procedure gives you a cost effective alternative to latex paint, with the durability characteristics of cement.

Micro-Coat may be applied paper thin to preserve the existing pattern & texture of your concrete or stucco, or as thick as 1/4" when a totally new pattern & texture is desired. It is available in a wide variety of colors and is applied using a variety of finishing techniques.

Stucco and masonry surfaces coated with our Micro-Coat system are warranted for 10 years against defects in materials and workmanship. Seal Pro's Warranty covers the Micro-Coat surface against delamination, peeling, flaking, blisters, oxidation and pre-mature wear.

Salt Finish Concrete

A smooth, broom finished or rock salt finished concrete surface that has unsightly oil stains or rust stains, discoloration, or excessive wear can be made to look like new again. Decorative stamped concrete, pavers, and concrete roof tile that have faded or discolored over the years can be sprayed or rolled with a thin coat of Micro-Coat and re-colored to provide the original color or a different color without changing the original pattern or texture of the existing concrete.
